If you need help removing the background, you can use our Gang Sheet Builder. Simply right-click on the images you upload, and you’ll be able to easily remove the background. This ensures your files are ready for printing or digital use.
Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CST) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
For same-day local pickup, please place your order before 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be available for pickup on the next business day.

Hard Blanks & Accessories: Compatible with any sublimation-coated blanks, including tumblers, ceramic mugs, mousepads, tote bags, license plates, keychains, and coasters.

White Ink Notice: Sublimation printing uses CMYK inks without white. Any white pixels or transparent areas will show through as the base color of the blank item.

File Formats: High-resolution PNG with a transparent background is strongly recommended.

Recommended Quality: 300 DPI at full design scale for crisp, clean edges.

Do Not Mirror: Arrange your files right-reading; the system handles mirroring automatically upon export.

Backgrounds: Transparent backgrounds ensure only your artwork transfers onto the substrate.

This product includes printed sublimation transfer rolls only. Blank substrates, blank garments, and heat press equipment are not included.

Proper transfer results depend on using correct heat press settings (time, temperature, pressure) formulated for each specific substrate.
