Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CST) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
For same-day local pickup, please place your order before 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be available for pickup on the next business day.

Apparel: Best results on white 100% polyester garments. High-polyester blends (minimum 65% polyester) produce a vintage or faded look. Not compatible with 100% cotton or dark/black fabrics.

Hard Blanks & Drinkware: Fully compatible with polyester-coated substrates, including ceramic mugs, stainless steel tumblers, mousepads, coasters, tote bags, keychains, and aluminum panels.

White Ink Note: Sublimation printers do not print white ink. Any white areas in your artwork will take on the base color of the item you press.

Resolution: Files must be print-ready at actual size at 300 DPI for sharp output.

Orientation: Do not mirror your artwork; our printing workflow mirrors files automatically.
