DTF PROMO – Application Instructions
There is no universal setting that works perfectly for every heat press. Always fine-tune your machine for best results. Below are the recommended starting settings for DTF Promo transfers.

Temperature: 320°F (160°C)
Press Time: 8–9 seconds
Pressure: High / Maximum

Application Steps
1. Garment Preparation
Ensure the fabric is clean, flat, and wrinkle-free. Apply a 2–3 second pre-press to remove moisture and smooth the surface.
2. Design Placement
Position the transfer carefully on the garment and align it correctly before pressing.
3. Heat Press Application
Press using the recommended temperature, time, and high pressure settings.
4. Peeling the Film
Hot Peel: remove immediately while hot
Warm Peel: wait 5–10 seconds before peeling
Always confirm peel type for your film.
5. Final Press (Recommended)
Press again for 5–10 seconds using parchment paper or Teflon sheet for a smoother and more durable finish.
Important: Always test on different fabrics before full production. Results may vary between cotton, polyester, and blends.
