DTF PROMO – UV DTF Application Instructions
There is no heat press required for UV DTF transfers. These are pressure-sensitive stickers that bond instantly to hard surfaces. Always ensure your surface is properly prepped for the best results. Below are the recommended steps for UV DTF Promo applications.

Application Steps
1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the target surface (glass, metal, plastic, wood, etc.) is clean, dry, and free of oils or fingerprints. Pro Tip: Wipe the surface with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol for maximum adhesion.
2. Design Placement
UV DTF transfers are extremely sticky. Position the transfer carefully before it touches the surface, as it cannot be repositioned once applied.
3. Application & Rubbing
Once placed, rub the transfer firmly from the center outwards using your thumb or a squeegee. Apply high pressure across the entire design to ensure the 3D Liquid Bond activates with the surface.
4. Peeling the Film (Instant Peel)
Slowly and carefully peel the clear carrier film at a 45-degree angle. The UV design will remain fused to the object. No waiting or cooling time is needed.
5. Curing (Optional but Recommended)
While the bond is instant, we recommend letting the item sit for 24 hours before heavy use or washing in a dishwasher to allow the adhesive to reach its maximum strength.
Important: UV DTF is designed for hard, non-porous surfaces. It is not suitable for fabrics or garments. Always perform a test application on a small area of new materials to ensure compatibility.
