Resolution Under 300 DPI
Files below 300 DPI print blurry and pixelated. The details won’t hold up on fabric. Upload sharp art so your transfers look clean from the first press.
Thin Lines and Small Text
Anything under 1mm risks breaking or filling in. DTF needs a little weight. Thicken lines and text so they survive pressing and washing without disappearing.
Gradient Banding
Low-res gradients cause visible stripes instead of smooth fades. Use high-quality files with proper color profiles. Banding shows up fast on dark shirts if you don’t.
